- Applications due by December 12, 2025. Activations must occur by January 31, 2026.
- 12-month minimum service commitment, ending December 31, 2026.
- Vessel must be an International Maritime Organization (IMO) registered Cargo or Tanker vessel.
- Vessel IMO number and User Terminal ID(s) are required for application.
- Account must be in good standing.
- Service plan requires a standard Enterprise account.
- Service line nickname must include assigned vessel IMO number: IMO # – Nickname
- One Service line is allowed per vessel – duplicate IMO assignment is prohibited.
- Two Starlink kits are allowed per service line – active kits must remain located on assigned vessel.
- Vessel reassignment is prohibited unless otherwise approved by Starlink.
- Early termination of service is prohibited unless otherwise approved by Starlink.
- Data usage must directly support vessel operations or crew welfare. Any other use may result in service review or cancellation.
- Resellers are responsible for ensuring that participating customers meet the eligibility and usage requirements.
- Submitting the Intake Form and Bulk Application does not guarantee eligibility. Starlink will confirm approval at its sole discretion.
- Subject to additional terms and conditions as set forth in the customer’s existing agreement and the applicable order form with Starlink.
