Beyond Connectivity: The Managed Service Behind Every Clarus Solution

Beyond Connectivity: The Managed Service Behind Every Clarus Solution

Every connectivity provider can talk about technology.

Speeds, coverage, latency, hardware and network availability all matter. But for organisations relying on connectivity to support critical operations, deploying the technology is only the beginning.

At Clarus, the conversation has always included the service behind it.

Our managed service is designed to keep customers connected, supported and informed long after the initial deployment. Through our 24/7 Network Operations Centre, we monitor networks, respond to incidents and provide expert support whenever it is needed.

Because great technology deserves great service behind it.

Connectivity That Is Actively Managed

Modern connectivity environments are becoming increasingly complex.

Organisations may be managing multiple locations, technologies, carriers and applications across offices, vessels, vehicles, construction sites, energy infrastructure and remote operational environments. When an issue occurs, identifying where the problem sits and coordinating the appropriate response can quickly become difficult.

Clarus provides a single point of contact across the entire managed solution.

Our Network Operations Centre monitors customer networks around the clock, helping our teams identify potential issues, investigate incidents and coordinate action with relevant technology and network partners.

Rather than leaving customers to navigate multiple support channels, our team takes ownership from the moment a ticket is raised through to resolution.

Response Measured in Minutes, Not Hours

Fast support is important, but it must also be consistent and measurable.

Our service is underpinned by clearly defined response commitments based on incident severity. During 2026 to date, our average first response times have remained well inside every applicable service level:

  • Severity 1: 27 minutes against a two-hour SLA
  • Severity 2: 20 minutes against a four-hour SLA
  • Severity 3: 51 minutes against a six-hour SLA
  • Severity 4: 44 minutes against a 12-hour SLA
  • Information requests: An average response time of one hour and 44 minutes

These figures represent significant headroom across each SLA category, with average responses consistently delivered far ahead of the committed timeframe.

For our customers, that means faster acknowledgement, clearer escalation and confidence that an experienced team is already working on the issue.

Clear Communication Throughout Every Incident

A quick first response is only valuable when it is followed by clear and consistent communication.

When an incident occurs, customers need to understand:

  • What is happening
  • What action has already been taken
  • Who is responsible for the next step
  • When they can expect another update

Our team remains accountable throughout the support process, coordinating internal specialists, technology vendors, network operators and field resources where required.

This approach reduces uncertainty and gives customers a clear route to resolution without the need to repeatedly chase different parties for updates.

Real People. Real Accountability.

Technology powers the connection, but our people power the experience.

Our managed service is built around four principles:

Response

Issues are acknowledged quickly and assessed by people who understand the technologies, services and operational environments involved.

Ownership

We take responsibility for progressing each incident, coordinating the necessary parties and keeping customers informed until the issue is resolved.

Reliability

Our processes, monitoring and response standards are designed to deliver consistent performance customers can trust.

Partnership

We see managed service as an ongoing relationship rather than a support transaction. Our success is measured by the reliability, resilience and operational performance our customers achieve.

Supporting the Complete Connectivity Environment

Clarus supports customers across a broad range of fixed, mobile and remote connectivity environments.

Depending on the solution, our managed service can encompass satellite connectivity, terrestrial networks, SD-WAN, network hardware and the wider infrastructure used to connect distributed operations.

This allows customers to simplify the management of their connectivity estate and gain greater visibility across technologies that may previously have been managed separately.

Our teams also build an understanding of each customer’s environment, priorities and operational requirements. This context becomes invaluable when an issue arises, enabling a faster and more informed response than a traditional, transactional support model.

A Service Designed Around Operational Resilience

For many Clarus customers, connectivity is not simply an office utility.

It supports operational communications, cloud applications, site mobilisation, CCTV, remote monitoring, digital workflows, passenger services, welfare systems and safety-related activity.

Downtime can affect productivity, delay projects and prevent teams from accessing the systems they need to work effectively.

That is why managed connectivity must be about more than reacting when something goes wrong. It should provide proactive monitoring, rapid response, effective escalation and continuous support throughout the lifecycle of the solution.

Great Technology Deserves Great Service

The connectivity market will continue to evolve. New networks, platforms and technologies will create more options for organisations operating across increasingly complex environments.

But the fundamentals of a strong managed service will remain the same: rapid response, clear communication, consistent performance and genuine ownership.

Those are the standards we measure ourselves against every day.

Because we do not just connect our customers.

We stand by them.
