Clarus Networks Appoints Chris Shields as Sales Director as International Growth Accelerates

Clarus Networks has appointed Chris Shields as Sales Director, strengthening its senior leadership team as the company scales in the UK and expands further in the United States and Brazil. Clarus delivers mission-critical connectivity, underpinned by a 24/7 managed service for organisations operating in demanding environments. The appointment follows a year of multiple award wins, including being named a 2025 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 award winner with 941% revenue growth over three years.

Chris brings more than 20 years of commercial and leadership experience in the technology sector, spanning cloud, managed services, networking, and data solutions. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Cybit, leading a period of sustained growth and service evolution.

In his new role, Chris will lead Clarus’ sales strategy across key sectors and international markets. His remit includes building strategic partnerships, expanding enterprise and channel capability, and accelerating adoption of Clarus’ software and network management solutions, helping customers improve resilience, visibility and operational performance.
